Welcome to the Wilmington, NC area.

If you are looking to relocate to Southeastern North Carolina, please use my website to decide which area best fits your needs. Of course, I know all these areas and will be happy to work with you to help you with your decision.  Brunswick County, Pender County and New Hanover County all border the Ocean and the River.  Then there are inland counties that are your most rural areas that are less than a 45 minute commute to Wilmington, NC.  The major cities of Brunswick County are Leland, Bolivia, Shallotte, Ocean Isle Beach, Sunset Beach, Long Beach, and the most famous historic town of Southport. Wilmington is the major city for the Southeastern North Carolina area. Wilmington is located in New Hanover County, NC.  The Castle Hayne township in New Hanover County is the "new frontier" of development in New Hanover County.  The other townships in New Hanover County are our beach townships of Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach or Pleasure Island, and Kure Beach.
